Long Point
- purely residential, a gated community home to about 150 families
- Smack dab in the middle of downtown, Southside and the beach, it’s about 10 to 15 minutes any which way you go
- Savannah College of Art and Design, Georgia Tech Savannah, Armstrong Atlantic University, Savannah Technical College, and South University are close by
- Single-brick to multi-level homes overlook lagoons and the Wilmington River
- Prices ranges from $330,000 to $2 million
Wilmington and Talahi Islands
- these two islands have major advantage – downtown and the beach are right at their sandy little feet
- Wilmington’s got a good commercial sector with prices ranging from $100 to $200 a square foot for purchase or $8 to $12 a square foot for rental spaces
